APPSERVER_ROOT/bin>manageprofiles.bat -deleteAll
INSTCONFSUCCESS: Success: All profiles are deleted.
After that you can confirm using listProfiles
APPSERVER_ROOT/bin>manageprofiles.bat -listProfiles
[]
If deletion is not success then
Delete the profile directory in the system and issue the below command
